This is a long-term supply role, starting immediately, supporting pupils within the school's SEN hub on a 1:1 basis. The Role - Classroom Support Assistant (SEN) You will be: Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a one-to-one basis Working within the school's dedicated SEN provision / hub Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation Assisting with learning activities across the secondary curriculum Liaising with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff Helping students access education in a positive and structured way Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant / Classroom Support Assistant / SEN Teaching Assistant Strong classroom management skills A confident, calm and proactive approach A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs A positive "can-do" attitude and resilience An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) Pay & Benefits Up to £100 per day (depending on experience) Long-term stability in one school Weekly pay paid via PAYE Access to CPD and training via our partnership with The National College Dedicated consultant support from Tradewind Recruitment Why work with Tradewind Recruitment?
