**Senior Business Analyst** As a Senior Business Analyst within the Digital Planning, Culture & Practices Team, you will lead critical initiatives that drive digital transformation across the organisation. You will apply advanced analytical skills and strategic thinking to optimise complex business processes, define requirements for enterprise-level solutions, and ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies.You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and shaping digital strategies that align with organisational objectives. Your role will involve leading workshops, mentoring junior analysts, and contributing to governance frameworks that underpin successful transformation. Facilitate complex workshops with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of requirements with organisational priorities Define and validate technical requirements for large-scale systems, ensuring robust integration and compliance with architecture standards- **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align initiatives with organisational goals Skilled in eliciting, validating, and prioritising requirements for enterprise-scale solutions- **Feasibility & ROI Analysis:** Strong experience in developing business cases and impact assessments for multi-million-pound initiatives- **Communication Excellence:** Exceptional ability to convey complex concepts to executive and technical audiences Advanced proficiency in modelling tools and data visualisation techniques Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and resolve conflicts effectively- **Mentorship:** Experience in coaching junior analysts and promoting best practices- **Adaptability & Resilience:** Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage competing priorities- **Experience**:Minimum 7–10 years in business analysis or related roles, with significant exposure to digital transformation programmes Experience in - **Process Optimisation Expertise:**Advanced knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and automation principles- **Technical Integration:**Experience working with enterprise IT teams on large-scale system implementationsDemonstratedability to shape and influence digital roadmaps- **Leadership:**Experience in mentoring and leading analysis teams other benefits.
