Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and progressive Commercial Property team within a Legal 500-ranked firm. This role is ideal for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal or a Junior Commercial Property Lawyer seeking to advance their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling a wide range of Commercial Property matters
* Establishing and building strong client relationships
* Accurately taking and actioning detailed instructions
* Collaborating within a supportive team and working independently when required
You will have:
* Demonstrable experience across all aspects of Commercial Property law
* Excellent organisational and IT skills
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients, official bodies and owner-managed businesses
* A thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcome Focused Regulations
