What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire the plant team
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Buy exciting plants
* Keep the department looking fantastic
* Drive sales, set & manage budgets, and reduce wastage
* Oversee plant husbandry-watering, quality, pests & diseases
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

* Retail management experience, ideally in a garden centre
