University Centre Peterborough is recruiting two part-time Student Liaison Officers. These roles sit at the heart of our provision, helping to shape a positive learner journey while maintaining strong operational links with academic teams, employers, and external stakeholders. Both Student Liaison Officer roles are permanent part time contracts. Do you have the skills to be our next Student Liaison Officer? Experience of working in an administrative, coordination or customer-facing role, ideally within post-16 education, training, or a related environment Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines and competing priorities Excellent communication skills, with confidence liaising with learners, employers, academic staff and external partners Good IT skills, including the ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office and databases or student record systems An understanding of the importance of data accuracy, monitoring performance and closing feedback loops A proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safeguarding, equality of opportunity and delivering an inclusive, high-quality learner experience Please see the Job Description for more details of the essential skills and experience required.
