Overview
Mustard Tree's individual giving strategy is twofold: it is a movement for change to help people understand what we do, who we support, the scale we operate at, and how people can help Mustard Tree, our clients, and the community; and it is about securing the charity's future by building sustainable income streams. You will be responsible for growing, maintaining, and stewarding Mustard Tree's individual giving donations (one-off donations, direct debits, challenge events, and legacy giving). You will also work with the Fundraising Manager to develop Mustard Tree's philanthropic strategy. You will manage an existing community of supporters with the aim of proactively creating new relationships, partnerships, advocates, and donors. This will involve contacting through multiple channels, communicating through social media, hosting and touring groups at Mustard Tree, and presenting to potential donors to share our impact, work, successes, and opportunities to give. In addition, you will support the stewardship of Mustard Tree's events and challenge fundraisers, working alongside our Corporate & Events Officer in planning events, achieving income targets, and making Mustard Tree's events portfolio a community-driven success.
