Make an Impact at RSM UK

Reporting to the Head of Technology Delivery the Project Manager will lead the delivery of two strategically significant technology initiatives that will benefit our Audit, Tax and Consulting lines of business. These include the roll out of a new resource management platform and the launch of a back office solution for our Corporate Tax team. Both projects will require strong project management and change management expertise as well as good technical experience.

* Manage the delivery of two critical projects, overseeing all phases from business change requirements and training through to build, testing, and change management.
* Lead the integration of systems as specified by the integrations requirements, through design, build, test and delivery.
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and track progress against these plans.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, actions and decisions proactively seeking solutions to prevent project delays, escalating to programme manager as needed.
* Facilitate regular project, governance and technical stand‑up meetings, providing clear updates to business stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams.
* Manage transition to operational state including infrastructure and support team readiness.
* Monitor and report on project performance, using appropriate tools and techniques to measure progress and outcomes.
* Ensure all deliverables meet high quality standards and comply with company and regulatory requirements.
* Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and knowledge sharing.

You’ll make an impact by:

* Project manage one or more NetSuite (and other) ERP implementations from start to finish or specific stages of project.
* Advise and lead clients on the delivery of a portfolio of small, medium and large projects, including defining governance, deliverables, managing timelines, budgets, reporting and issue resolution.
* Create and maintain project records and project plans in a timely and accurate manner to drive accurate reporting and delivery.
* Liaise with resourcing managers and leads to allocate appropriately skilled and experienced functional, technical and development resources to projects to ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
* Escalate project issues and concerns with recommendations in a timely manner.

What we are looking for:

* Proven experience (5+ years) in technical project management, preferably within Professional Services.
* Strong ITIL and service transition knowledge.
* Experience with implementing integrated SSAS platforms as well as cloud technologies and software development projects within a complex, data‑driven architecture.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master are highly desirable.

Desirable Attributes

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on IT project management principles and methodologies.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
