As one of our Trading Assistants, you’ll be the special ingredient that ensures our stores are set up brilliantly to give our customers everything they come to Sainsbury’s for.
Eligibility
* You must be above the school-leaver age in your country (School leaving age – GOV.UK)
* You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
* If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6 am or later than 11 pm, you will need to be at least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
* Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15 kg) to replenish items across the store, keeping shelves tidy and full of well-presented products
* Always ready to serve customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions and proactively offering help
* Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
* Check freshness of produce and grocery products and date checking
* Help across the store as needed and support with deliveries as required
