Job Overview
Up to £31k FTE | Part Time | Exeter. We are a well-established consultancy organisation seeking a Client Administrator within a collaborative and supportive team. The role supports client administration and office operations, focusing on delivering an excellent client experience, process improvement and digitalisation.
Responsibilities
* Manage client onboarding administration and support the client journey process
* Coordinate training bookings, diary management, and client communications
* Support the continuous improvement and digitalisation of administrative and operational processes
* Maintain CRM systems, enrolment documentation, and administrative records accurately
* Support wider office operations, including supplier management, event preparation and team onboarding
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or client support role
* Interest in technology, automation and process improvement
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
* Professional and approachable communication style with a proactive can‑do attitude
