We are looking for a Campaign Specialist who is excited about creating impactful, customer‑focused marketing campaigns across CRM and digital channels. In this role, you’ll help shape meaningful experiences that support our wider Customer Engagement strategy — driving smarter acquisition, stronger retention, and improved aftersales performance.
You’ll take campaign briefs and turn them into high‑quality, customer‑ready journeys and communications across email, SMS and supported digital platforms. Working closely with our Marketing Automation Channel Manager and Retail teams, you’ll ensure every campaign is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with key commercial priorities.
The Campaign Specialist is a delivery role, bringing customer and channel strategy to life through precision execution, continuous improvement and strong collaboration.
Key Purpose
* Campaign Execution: Build, deploy and manage retail CRM campaigns in line with agreed briefs and commercial priorities. Deliver consistently high-quality communications across CRM channels.
* Retail Partnership: Work directly with Retail stakeholders to deliver effective CRM campaigns aligned to business needs, promotions and calendar activity.
* Personalisation Enablement: Activate personalisation and targeting using audiences and segmentation frameworks provided by Data Strategy & Intelligence.
* Performance & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversion.
* Campaign Operations: This role leads retail campaign execution, supporting the Channel Manager with campaign QA, scheduling, deployment, issue resolution, and maintaining clear documentation.
* Operational Support: Ensure SLA commitments are met and tasks are prioritised based on business impact.
Essential Criteria
* 2–4 years’ CRM or digital campaign experience.
* Skilled in email marketing, campaign builds, testing and QA.
* Confident using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
* Strong attention to detail, commercially aware and able to work at pace.
* Organised, accountable and deadline‑driven.
* Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
Desirable
* Retail, automotive or multi‑brand experience.
* A/B testing, segmentation and CDP exposure.
* CIM qualification.
Personal Qualities
* Reliable, proactive, calm under pressure.
* Tech‑confident and keen to learn with a continuous improvement mindset.
