What You'll Do: As a Victims First Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive administrative support. Your responsibilities will include: Be the Voice of Support: Handle incoming correspondence and phone calls with empathy and professionalism, ensuring victims feel heard and valued. Master of Administration: Provide full administrative support, including typing, record-keeping, and managing sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality. Meeting Maestro: Prepare files for meetings, liaise with various parties, and take detailed minutes to capture important discussions. Resourceful organiser: Ensure the team is equipped with necessary supplies and manage a variety of tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues within the OPCC and provide cover during periods of absence.What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess: Proven experience in administration within a similar environment. Strong ICT literacy, especially in Microsoft applications, with the ability to manage data from various sources. Excellent communication skills, with a knack for preparing complex reports.
