<div><h3>Aspiring Psychologist – Mental Health Youth Support – Windsor</h3><p>Are you looking for psychology related experience? Are you interested in making a real difference while gaining amazing experience? An amazing mental health school in Windsor is looking for a Mental Health Youth Support worker to join them ASAP. The role is also available to start in September 2026.</p><p>They place a huge focus on supporting students who have been identified as struggling with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) and ensure they are being met with the necessary interventions to support their development and education. Many of the students who attend this school have been exposed to adverse childhood experiences and trauma, which has significantly affected their mental health. This school provides a safe and nurturing environment that ensures all students are equipped with the necessary skills to work through their emotions.</p><p>This fantastic school is looking for someone who will come in with a positive attitude, hit the ground running and will make a real difference with their students.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Involved in the development of students social skills, emotional regulation and academic engagement through the use of therapy in a supportive and nurturing environment.</li><li>Engage with students and ensure that they are receiving a good blend of education and interventions.</li><li>Provide specialised and tailored support to students who struggle with severe social, emotional and mental health needs.</li><li>Work at creating trusting and supportive relationships with students, promoting their well‑being and resilience.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications & Requirements</h3><ul><li>Patience, empathy and genuine passion for supporting children.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team.</li><li>Positive attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.</li><li>Previous experience within a classroom setting is desirable but not essential.</li><li>Must be Enhanced DBS checked (if not, assistance is offered to apply for a new certificate).</li><li>Backgrounds in psychology, art, music or sports are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Candidates passionate about making a difference are welcomed.</li></ul><h3>Key Information</h3><ul><li>Aspiring Psychologists – Mental Health Youth Support Worker – Windsor.</li><li>Start: ASAP or September 2026.</li><li>Pay: £90 – £110 per day.</li><li>Full Time.</li><li>School Hours.</li><li>Psychology related experience.</li></ul></div>
