Working as a Senior Manager Third Party Delivery and Oversight ,you will be responsible for leading the strategic management, governance and performance oversight of third-party delivery, including Credit Reference Agencies, Fraud Prevention Solution Providers, Debt Collection Agencies, and Debt Sales partners. The role holder will ensure that all third-party activities deliver optimal customer, commercial, and compliance outcomes - balancing performance, customer treatment and risk management. This position will play a critical role in shaping and executing the strategy within the Fraud, Integrity and Risk Excellence Department, driving value through pricing optimisation, supplier relationship management, and robust oversight of contractual, regulatory and conduct standards. Responsibilities
* Build and maintain a robust governance framework, including monitoring, assurance reviews, outcome delivery and risk reporting
* Partner with procurement to support with the effective delivery of all new and amended contractual agreements, leveraging their market and pricing subject matter expertise.
* Monitor and analyse agency and buyer performance, implementing corrective actions or improvement plans where necessary
* Lead pricing assessments and commercial negotiations to maximise sale proceeds and balance sheet efficiency
* Build and maintain a strong relationship with senior stakeholders across Risk, Operations, Finance and Legal

Qualifications
* Proven experience in third party management: demonstrable experience of vendor oversight, compliance and outcomes oversight within a FCA regulated environment.
* Telecoms Industry Experience: demonstrable time spent operating within Telecoms, with experience of complex organisational structure.
* Regulatory experience: Strong understanding of regulatory environment, critically FCA and consumer duty aswell as experience with regulatory reporting.
* Understanding of debt collections and debt sales: appreciation and experience of the DCA market, key players and relative strengths
* Solving Problems: Very strong ability to find creative, high impact, high feasibility solutions to problems and making timely, pragmatic data-driven decisions in the face of ambiguous or conflicting situations
