As Chief Operations Officer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the operational rhythm, driving strategic alignment across multiple business units, and ensuring the CEO remains fully focused on strategy, growth, and value creation. Chief Operations Officer requirements:
* Proven success in a COO role, strategy, corporate development, or senior operations role.
* Experience managing business integrations and synthesising management-level reporting.
* Experience working within an Engineering Company (or something similar)
* Hands-on exposure to buy-side M&A processes and due diligence.
* Exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and communication ability.
