Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and clarity
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Handle clerical duties such as typing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
* Support financial tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking
* Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow and project completion
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Strong typing skills with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
* Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in phone etiquette and client interactions
* Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
