About the Role
We are currently recruiting for our client; reliable and professional 3.5 Tonne Drivers to deliver heavy items to our branch network across the local area. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills, strong time management, and a commitment to safety and customer service.
You will be responsible for ensuring goods are delivered securely, on time, and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving a 3.5T company vehicle to deliver heavy goods to branches
* Loading and unloading heavy items (manual handling required)
* Securing loads safely and compliantly
* Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld devices (if applicable)
* Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
* Providing professional and courteous service at all times
* Adhering to all road traffic laws and company policies
