Premises/Lettings Assistant required for a Primary School in Stanmore At Engage Education, were currently recruiting for a Premises/Lettings Assistant position in Stanmore after building a strong relationship with a local grouping of schools. They are looking for an experienced Premises/Lettings Assistant with experience managing a school campus. Our Engage Services team specialise in the placement of non classroom based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities. About the role As a Premises/Lettings Assistant, youll be an experienced facilities professional who supervises work across the school with both external and internal contractors. You will have keyholder responsibilities and will be expected to: To maintain the security of the schools buildings and grounds, including opening and locking up of the school as required ? Ensure all hirers return school back to condition before use. Including Furniture put back in correct place. Floors swept and mopped. Toilets checked. ? To liaise with hirers and ensure customer satisfaction and elicit feedback on the customer experience. To deal with problems and issues arising from Lettings ? During weekend shift emptying external litter bins and external litter pick. ? Small ad-hoc tasks as directed by Site Manager and SLT ? Fire safety and use of Fire Alarm system. (Training will be provided) ? Ensuring site security at all times. Hours a pprox. 28 hours per week Wednesday 6:30pm - 10:30pm Thursday 6:30pm - 10:30pm Saturday 8:00am - 7:00pm Sunday 8:00am - 12:30pm and 4:30pm - 9:00pm (Split Shift) About you Experience working within a school environment A valid DBS on the DBS update service Be available to interview and start immediately About us We are Engage Education Services, the most trusted education recruitment agency.
