About the Role
We're on the lookout for a confident, collaborative Key Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team, supporting Wealthtime's most valued adviser firms and strategic partners.
You'll be part of a small, dedicated team supporting several Key Account firms, working closely with one or two colleagues to provide a seamless, high quality experience. Together, you'll act as the firm's trusted contacts, building strong relationships, coordinating support, and ensuring their needs are met with consistency and care.
Working closely with other teams, you'll bring in the right experts when needed, provide training, and deliver insightful reporting to help firms grow and retain their business.
You'll also play a key role in service meetings, ensuring our partners receive a consistent, award winning experience.
