Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum

Are you finishing your teacher training and looking for your first job in a school? GSL Education are looking for Early Career Teachers to work in secondary schools across Spalding from September 2025. This is a great chance to start your teaching career with support, training, and long-term job opportunities.
Whether you want to work full-time or part-time, or try out different schools on supply, we will help you every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
* Teach fun and engaging lessons
* Help all students learn and do their best
* Keep track of students’ progress and give feedback
* Make sure your classroom is safe and welcoming
* Work well with other teachers and staff
* Take part in school activities and meetings
* Join training sessions to keep learning and growing
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or working towards it by September 2025l
* A real passion for teaching and helping students
* Good communication and organisation skills
* A friendly and positive attitude
* Willing to work as part of a team
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply for one)
