Hours: FullTime - 40 hours (Must be happy to workweekends)
Salary:£25,400 per annum +Bonus
Location:Dudley (Must be able to also coverWolverhampton)

It'sour Patient Advisor's role to make our patients feel like asuperstar from the moment they enter our clinics. Our PatientAdvisors are often the first person our patient interacts with.Every day will bring something new, but your day to day role willinvolve:
* Buildingrelationships with patients and ensuring regular communicationprior to and following theirtreatment
* Assisting in patientconsultations
* Scanning patients eyes usingstate of the art equipment as part of a full healthcheck
* Assisting patients to complete healthquestionnaires
* Introducing patients to theiroptometrist
* Scheduling treatmentdate
* Discussing financeoptions
* Accurately maintaining patientrecords
