Our team of experts accommodate all property and facility management requirements. Overview: An opportunity has opened within the Helpdesk Team. With one apprentice already embedded into the team, you would be in safe hands. Responsibilities: You will be the first responder to incoming calls from clients. This will involve answering queries, updating clients with ongoing jobs and triaging phone calls to the relevant team member Become a “superuser” on Job Logic – Service Management System – to support with logging job requests, that come through email via Microsoft Outlook. This will include all client information, e.g. address, issue etc, allocate an engineer and resource to the job to be actioned Support the cash flow of the business, by tracking invoicing after jobs are completed. You will track invoices via Job Logic and send them to the MD Using a range of client portals, update and complete jobs as they progress and upload job sheets to the portal from Job Logic Run reports on Microsoft Excel to monitor open jobs for clients Manage own diary via Microsoft Outlook Required skills: Good communicator Able to cope with flexibility and change in demands Strong organisational skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Salary: £18,720 per annum Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm Benefits: Free parking onsite Supportive working environment 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, increasing by an additional 1 day per year after 2nd year, until reached a max of 31 days Pension scheme Future prospects: Should you perform well in this role there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification.
