Car Sales Controller Required in Hinckley
Basic Salary: £30,000 + Bonuses OTE: £60,000+Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a WeekMon-Fri 10am-7pm • Sat 10am-6pm • Sun 10am-4pm A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Controller to join a high-volume, fast-paced used car operation in Hinckley.
With 550–600 vehicles on site at any given time, this is a great chance to step into a busy retail environment with strong customer demand and excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Controller:
Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver strong results and exceed targets.Assist with deals, finance, value-added products, and closing support.Ensure compliance across all financial documentation and regulatory processes.Step in to support site management when required.Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas to drive revenue growth.Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on success.What We’re Looking For:
Proven background in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket-style environment.Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a busy sales environment.Well-organised, motivated, and target-driven.Approachable and professional with customers, with strong communication skills.FCA accreditation or willingness to undertake training.What’s on Offer:
