Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm
£16.90 per hour

About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated and professional Telecare Officer to join a team in Honiton. You'll play a key role in supporting vulnerable individuals by installing and maintaining life-enhancing telecare and alarm equipment in their homes.
Main Responsibilities
Install alarm and telecare equipment for private service users.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site where possible.
Carry out pre-arranged visits to check and update customer data.
Conduct preventative maintenance visits.
Actively promote and market the telecare service.
Keep up to date with the latest telecare systems and best practices.Skills & Experience Required
Confident in demonstrating and explaining telecare equipment to a wide range of customers.
Competent in using hand tools, including battery-powered drills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially under tight deadlines.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Effective time management and flexibility.
A caring, compassionate attitude with a commitment to supporting vulnerable people.
Comfortable working at heights when required.
Experience working with the general public and vulnerable adults.Additional Information
