The University's Finance team has an opportunity for a Senior Credit Controller within the Credit Management Team.
This is a busy team responsible for the timely collection of all student fees and any other student-related debt, and for invoicing and collection for non-student customers.
You will need to be customer-focussed, providing a high level of customer support to students, staff, and other customers. You will be proactive, using your initiative to achieve targeted results, while promoting student and customer goodwill. You will liaise with other university departments such as Admissions, Student Records and International Recruitment, to achieve the best outcome for the University.

1. Salary band range from £26,338 up to £29,959, with the annual incremental increases to the top of the salary band.
2. Up to 34 days of leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays and University closure days) rising to 39 total days after 5 years’ service
