Primary Teachers Required in Sefton Schools
Primary Class Teacher
£31,650 – £43,607 (according to national pay scale M1-M6, based on experience)

Position Type: Full-time/Part-time
First Steps Enterprise is seeking Primary Teachers for schools in the Sefton area for fixed-term contracts.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, evaluate, and review learning programmes that promote physical, emotional, social, cultural, and moral development.
* Teach individual pupils or small groups, reviewing lessons and adapting teaching styles according to school policies.
* Participate in preparing pupils for public examinations, assess and record pupil progress, and supervise during examinations.
* Contribute to curriculum development and related activities.
* Act as a faculty coordinator, overseeing subject group development and self-evaluation.
Qualifications:
* Previous teaching experience with the appropriate age group.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Knowledge of the relevant subject and Key Stage.
* Ability to deliver a flexible, differentiated curriculum to pupils with varying abilities.
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* High-standard communication and interaction skills.
* Maintain professional standards and work effectively within a team.
* Resilience, good communication, and emotional resilience.
