Police Scotland is seeking a Head of CFO Portfolio Shared Services to lead the strategic redesign, integration and delivery of a strengthened corporate shared services function. This is a rare opportunity to shape the next phase of an established portfolio and embed modern, efficient services at national scale.
As a key member of the CFO Senior Management Team, you will set direction, strengthen operational delivery, and set the standard for service excellence. We are looking for a senior leader to champion automation and continuous improvement, and shape how services support frontline policing, being responsible for financial transactions, payroll, stores and corporate administration.

It is expected that you shall -
* Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ICAS, ACCA, ACMA, CIPFA).
* Have significant senior-level experience in designing and delivering shared service functions, preferably within large, complex organisations.
* Have a demonstrable track record of leading operational finance and corporate services teams.
