About the Role
We are seeking a Material Handler (Logistics Operator) to join our warehouse and site operations team. This multi-functional role plays a key part in ensuring smooth logistics across Blow Fill Seal (BFS) and Pre-Filled Syringe (PFS) production. You’ll be responsible for coordinating deliveries, replenishing components, managing goods in/out, and supporting production to meet operational and customer needs—all while maintaining compliance with cGMP, HSE, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process goods inward transactions, deliveries, and documentation.
Pick, replenish, load, and store components/products to meet production plans.
Ensure timely and accurate despatch of finished goods.
Perform SAP stock transactions, cycle counting, and discrepancy investigations.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (conveyor systems, racking checks, opt fleet/PUI).
Support continuous improvements, quality investigations (QIR/CAPA), and compliance activities.
Promote a strong site safety culture, waste management, and hygiene standards.
Provide training/mentoring to colleagues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Level 3 qualification (NVQ L3, BTEC National, ONC, or C&G L3) in Logistics, Engineering, or a Scientific field.
Experience:
* Prior warehouse/logistics experience (regulated industry such as Pharma, Food, or Aerospace desirable).
* SAP knowledge and FLT license preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve warehouse issues.
* Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Adaptable, safety-focused, and quality-oriented.
