You will be responsible for preparing a menu rich in flavor, provenance, and seasonality, showcasing the diverse, modern French culinary landscape with both indulgent classics and lighter options.
The kitchen is your domain as a Sous Chef. You will support the Head Chef in maintaining a motivated and safe working environment, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Your role includes supporting the team by ensuring they have everything needed for each shift to succeed.
