About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons at A-Level, following relevant examination specifications.
* Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of academically gifted students.
* Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including case studies, business simulations, and guest speakers, to enhance student learning.
* Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys.
* Prepare students for A-Level Business examinations, ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria.
* Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum and resources.
* Foster a passion for business and enterprise in students, encouraging them to develop their leadership and decision-making skills.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programs related to business and entrepreneurship.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies, particularly at A-Level.
* Demonstrated ability to teach A-Level Business.
* Experience in preparing students for A-Level Business examinations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate high-achieving students.
* A passion for business and a commitment to fostering entrepreneurial spirit.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
