Finance Broker
Our client is looking for a self-motivated hunter-gatherer Finance Broker/Salesperson with experience in any of:
* Invoice discounting
* Asset-based lending (ABL)
* Asset Finance
* Cashflow finance/commercial loans
* May consider other business finance sectors but NOT consumer cars or personal finance
Salary: Negotiable, with significant earning potential through a high commission structure
Location: Northampton-based

Ideal Candidate:
* You must have a proven track record in generating a minimum of £10,000 in monthly commission, with a target of £15,000 desirable.
* Experienced employed Broker currently earning 10 - 30% commission seeking to significantly increase income potential.
* Strong hunting and relationship-building skills to develop new business opportunities.
* Familiarity with various financing options beyond consumer cars and personal finance.
* Comfort with a hybrid work model or fully remote setup, with options for office space in Northampton or Birmingham.

* 50% commission on monthly earnings of £7,000 to £15,000; 70% commission for earnings over £15,000.
