The role is based in our Leicester site with a hybrid working model (2-3 days on-site per week, depending on business needs, with travel to Crick, Head Office, when required).

Responsibilities include:
* Implementing processes and systems for the site finance team to meet objectives
* Building strong partnerships with Operational Managers, General Managers, Customer Senior Managers, and their teams
* Producing financial and operational management reports, including P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
* Preparing forecasts and budgets, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring the integrity of invoicing and P&L entries
* Partnering with the central finance team to monitor and manage site debt
Requirements:
* ACCA or CIMA qualified or working towards it (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a similar finance management role, preferably in environments with open/closed book contracts
* A positive attitude and a love for the work environment
