Salary Range: £70,000-£85,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Full Benefits Package
Work Pattern: Hybrid (2 days WFH), Minimal Travel

With a strong focus on commercial impact and performance, this company is investing in strategic HR talent to support 2 various client groups. You'll support a diverse stakeholder group including partners & supporting functions.
Your new role
This role has scope to grow into a Senior Manager position, offering a strong trajectory for the right candidate. With a newly formed CoE functions to support, you'll focus onCommercial partnering, performance, and talent strategy.
You'll be expected to:
* Operate independently and drive performance-led HR initiatives.
* Partner with business leaders to understand commercial goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
* Facilitate HR strategy that is commercially focused, not just process-driven.
* Demonstrate clear business impact through your work.
* Lead HR initiatives that support strategic business goals.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and development.
* Reduce reliance on ER casework and focus on business impact.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in professional services, financial services or FTSE250 environments.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate the business value of HR initiatives.
* Experience working in complex partnership environments.
* Ability to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders.
* A track record of achievement and output, not just process.
