What you'll need to be
* A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable
* Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures
* Well‑presented, detail‑focused and professional
* Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
* Logical, organised and able to manage multiple tasks
* Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
* Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage commute
* A natural host who loves creating memorable moments for guests
* Looking for an employer that recognises and rewards talent
* Experienced in hospitality, ideally with supervisory experience in a busy food‑led environment
