Summary: Responsible for preparing and maintaining the nursing department work schedule, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for qualified professionals.
Environment:
Work will be performed primarily indoors at one of our long-term healthcare facilities, throughout all areas in Virginia.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist with preparing nursing department work schedules for each calendar month and find call-in replacements as needed.
2. Maintain facility PPDs, budgets, and work to control OT.
3. Fill out and post daily pars as per regulations.
4. Maintain inter-department communication to effectively carry out duties of the job.
5. Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates to meet the facility’s needs.
6. Work closely with regional/internal recruiting teams to attract top talent.
7. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through the hiring process.
8. Monitor daily applicant flow at facilities.
Job Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
* Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and Intranet navigation.
* Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and work well within a team environment.
