About the Role:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher to deliver a creative and engaging curriculum that nurtures the development of children aged 4–5. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Start Date: Monday 3rd November 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children’s learning through play and structured activities
- Assist in planning and delivering EYFS curriculum activities
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
- Observe and record children’s progress
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff
- Help maintain a safe and tidy learning environment

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children in an EYFS setting (school or nursery)
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or education
- A warm, caring, and patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early years education
