Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are recruiting for reliable and customer-focused Van Drivers to join a busy delivery team. In this role, you will be working as part of a two-person crew, delivering and assembling garden furniture for customers across the region.
You will be the face of the business, so great customer service skills and a professional attitude are essential. Previous experience in furniture delivery essential.
Pay Rates and shifts:
£13.20 per hour PAYE
Shift times 0500/0800 to finish
Monday Friday ( weekends available as well )

The Role:
Deliver furniture safely and efficiently to customers homes and business addresses
Work alongside a drivers mate, sharing lifting, carrying, and assembly tasks
Assemble furniture on-site following instructions and quality standards
Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery
Complete all delivery paperwork accurately
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and road-safe
Follow all health & safety procedures, especially around manual handling
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
Previous experience in furniture delivery or home delivery is desirable but not essential
Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and professional
