We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join a growing maintenance team based at London Heathrow Airport (LHR). The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in both line and base maintenance, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a range of commercial aircraft.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and technical issues in accordance with approved maintenance data.
* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
* Work effectively under pressure to deliver high‑quality results within defined timelines.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and planning teams to support efficient workflow.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records of all maintenance tasks performed.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a team‑focused working environment.


Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in both base and line maintenance.
* Proven hands‑on expertise across various aircraft types.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of commitment to safety.
* Ability to meet regulatory compliance standards.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to fault‑finding and repair.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
