Early Years Practitioner (Level 2/3) – Stoke-on-Trent
Vision for Education are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to support children across nurseries and early years settings in the Stoke-on-Trent area. If you have experience working with young children and are passionate about supporting early development, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
1. Support children within nursery and early years settings in line with the EYFS framework
2. Work closely with room leaders and early years staff to create a safe, engaging environment
3. Provide one-to-one and small-group support to aid development and learning
4. Promote positive behaviour, independence, and social development
5. Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
6. Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met
This role offers flexibility, with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Early Years Practitioner, you will:
10. Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
11. Have experience working within a nursery or early years setting
12. Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
13. Be confident supporting children’s development and behaviour
14. Possess a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
15. Be patient, caring, and committed to supporting young learners
