Full-time permanent role - after 12-weeks Working on a revolving two-week schedule - 40 hours per week Week One: Sunday and Monday, 6am to 4:30pm & Tuesday to Thursday, 6am to 3pm Week Two: Sunday and Monday, 6am to 4:30pm & Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm 12.50 per hour As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Creating and issuing Production Orders, and create pick notes and print delivery notes Checking and creating Sales Orders and transport through SAP Scanning products onto Sales Tickets for Market Customers Stock control of all packaging, pallets and crates To liaise with different departments Update vehicle service history and arrange any repairs needed on unit or trailer Arrange transport for store deliveries, and arranging cover for drivers when required General administration duties (telephones, filing) Dealing with visitors to the reception area Assist the H&S team in providing and improving the safe culture throughout the site To be successful in this Sales Administrator position, you will ideally have previous experience in an administrator role. Combined with the following skills, traits and experience: Previous stock control experience - beneficial but not essential Be computer literate Some degree of flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the business Have excellent numerical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to work on your own and using your own initiative Interested?
