All about our Team
Following a 2023 OFSTED report that highlighted areas for improvement, especially in safeguarding, we are expanding our Family Safeguarding team to maintain manageable caseloads and improve service quality. We aim to provide appropriate support for children in need of protection and those with complex needs.
All about You
* You hold a diploma or degree in Social Work or equivalent and have completed your ASYE.
* You are diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing professional development.
* You possess a driving license and are willing to travel between locations.
* You have a thorough knowledge of current legislation and guidance.
