As a Head of Tenancy & Leasehold, you will:
Be at the forefront of providing high-quality housing management services, ensuring they're fair, accessible, and customer-led
Lead a team to deliver fantastic tenancy and leasehold services that meet all regulatory standards
Develop strategies to boost service delivery
Ensure all voids are let quickly to meet performance targets
Maximise rental income, taking legal action where appropriate to secure payments
Manage and resolve customer complaints
To be successful as a Head of Tenancy & Leasehold, you will:
Have significant experience in the social housing sector, specifically with tenancy and neighbourhood management
Hold extensive knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory requirements, including tenancy and leasehold issues
Have demonstrable experience of effectively leading, motivating and managing a staff team
Have a strategic mindset, with the ability to review business areas and produce clear reports with recommendations
Hold a degree or relevant professional qualification (DIP Housing Management, CIH or BSc Housing Management)
In return, my client are offering a salary of up to £68,500 per annum + a car allowance. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position.
