The Band 6 Specialist Theatre Practitioner will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective service on a daily basis to deliver safe patient care within an environment that promotes a responsive approach to changing healthcare needs. They will be supported by the Department Matron and Deputy Lead Theatre Practitioner.

The ideal candidate is committed to providing excellent patient care, with good communication skills, professionalism, maturity, reliability, flexibility, and motivation. You will support and mentor junior staff and receive ongoing professional development and support from practice educators.
