Call Centre Agent - Customer Service

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Call Centre Agent to join a busy customer service team in Goldthorpe, Rotherham.
Hours:
7am-4pm or 8am-5pm (Monday to Friday, no weekends)
Duties include:
* Handling customer enquiries and service requests
* Scheduling and coordinating jobs across the UK
* Supporting customers with orders and online systems
* Assisting with onboarding onto the company platform
* General admin and customer service support
What we're looking for:
* Previous customer service or call centre experience
* Strong communication skills
* Good organisation and attention to detail
* Comfortable using systems and handling multiple tasks
