What You’ll Do
* Lead complex technical projects within the specialist area
* Develop and implement best practices and standards
* Mentor junior specialists and team members
* Collaborate with other departments to align specialist work with broader objectives
* Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies
* Conduct root cause analysis for critical issues
* Lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives and pilot projects
* Represent the specialist team in inter‑departmental meetings
* Contribute to the development of technical strategies
* Oversee the implementation of complex technical solutions
* Provide expert consultation on critical technical decisions
* Foster innovation within the team
* Contribute to thought leadership through articles, presentations, or whitepapers
What You’ll Need
* Excellent understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud and its suite of applications including EPCM, Freeform, EPBCS, Narrative Reporting, EDMCS.
* Extensive experience in configuring business solutions in EPCM and Freeform with the perspective of identifying shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures.
* Proven track record of delivering prescribed outcomes for Oracle EPM within established knowledge management systems.
* Defines, delivers, and adapts Oracle EPM Cloud to meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.
* Strong ability to analyse specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions.
It would be great if you also had
* Understanding of OIC and application integrations
* Good working knowledge of Apache Groovy
