Your Key Responsibilities
As Aftersales Manager, you will lead a professional department including Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Parts team.
* Team Leadership: Act as a role model for customer excellence; coach, motivate, and provide appraisals to help your team reach their full potential.
* Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop to maximise productivity and ensure Service Advisors achieve upselling targets and KPIs.
* Business Growth: Monitor performance against budget, identify shortfalls, and implement improvement plans.
* Market Insight: Analyse local market statistics to identify new territory opportunities.
* Customer Advocacy: Own the customer satisfaction journey, ensuring every individual receives a memorable, high-standard experience.
About You
* Experience: Prior experience in a premium automotive environment with a proven track record in transactional aftersales.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead and get the best out of a highly motivated team.
* Skills: Exceptional customer service standards and a forward-thinking attitude.
* Requirements: A full UK driving licence is essential.
