About the Role You will provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Autism, helping them access the curriculum and develop social and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored support to pupils with Autism in a classroom setting Implement strategies to promote engagement and positive behaviour Assist with social and emotional development Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning activities Maintain accurate records of progress and communicate effectively with staff and parents What We’re Looking For: Experience supporting children with Autism or other additional needs Understanding of EHCPs and individual learning plans Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing (Relevant qualifications or training in SEN are desirable but not essential.)
