We have undergone a stunning refurbishment throughout February and March, reopening with a new vision of premium smoked/grilled elements alongside nostalgic British cuisine & beverages, and a focus on delivering exceptional service through a friendly and familiar team.

What we look for in a Commis Chef:
We are looking for an existingCommis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for theirnext step to their hospitality career, who consider themselves to have apassion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makespeople feel welcome. As the successful Commis Chef you will:
9. Be an active hands-on person with a passion towork hard as part of a team
10. Have high standards and a great work ethic
11. Show willingness to learn new skills; be anactive team player with excellent communication skills
12. Working alongside your kitchen team; you will beable to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver topquality service
13. Demonstrate great planning and organisationalskills to complete day to day tasks
