* Manage project teams and suppliers, driving effective collaboration and accountability.

* Monitor budgets and resources, ensuring financial control and timely reporting.
* Ensure successful service transition, with full operational readiness and documentation.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear progress updates and managing expectations.
* Lead and mentor project managers, supporting continuous improvement and best practice.
* Support PMO governance, ensuring accurate reporting, lessons learned, and process compliance.
Requirements
* Experienced IT or Digital Project Manager with a proven record of delivering complex technology programmes.
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, managing teams, and driving results in a fast‑paced environment.
* Prince2 Practitioner or APM Certification.
* Significant experience managing digital/IT change and transformation projects.
* Strong understanding of Project Management, Change Management, and SDLC methodologies.
* Background in IT delivery as a Developer, Technical Lead, Business Analyst, or Project Manager.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks effectively.
* Experience managing multi‑supplier, cross‑functional project teams.
