Treasury Technology Advisory - Senior Manager
Our client, a leading practice firm, provides a full range of treasury advisory services to financial institutions and multinational corporations. As a Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery of treasury and cash advisory and assurance services, including:
* Supporting clients in building business cases, selecting, designing, and implementing treasury, payment, and cash technology solutions.
* Developing and implementing payment, bank connectivity, and cash management structures and processes.
* Driving treasury and cash transformation projects.
* Reviewing and enhancing operating models, policies, processes, controls, forecasting, and reporting.
* Advising on treasury risk management, hedging strategies, and derivative instruments.
* Supporting treasury aspects of transaction-related and M&A projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in one or more of the following areas within corporate or non-bank financial services, consultancy, or treasury technology vendors:
* Treasury and cash technology
* Treasury and cash operations and controls
* Treasury and financial risk/exposure management
* Proven ability to originate and drive sales within key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and non-financial data.
* Passion for driving change, attention to detail, and flexibility in diverse environments.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to lead sub-teams within larger projects.
* Awareness of treasury, cash, and payment technology options and practical experience in design and implementation.
* Understanding of front, middle, and back-office treasury operations, risks, and controls.
* Experience managing full lifecycle projects to deliver change in treasury and cash environments.
