We are currently recruiting for an experienced handy person / multiskilled to join the team.

Duties
* Various tasks such as basic joinery, painting, plumbing, patch repair work
* Going from job to job based on an ad hoc requirement
* Must be able to use power tools
* MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE
* Providing a service to our tenants and resolving basic maintenance issues
* Picking up materials
Qualifications / Experience
* CSCS ideally but this is not essential
* Driving License is essential
* Hard working
* Customer service skills
* A minimum of 3 years experience
* MUST BE ABLE TO START QUICKLY
